Website owner: IJS SLAPE, S.L., Tax ID B67012187, registered at Carrer Moreneta, 30, 08253 Sant Salvador de Guardiola, Barcelona, Spain, official distributor of the Auping brand in Spain (hereinafter, “the Company”).
User: Any individual or legal entity that accesses or browses the website https://auping.es (hereinafter, “the User”).
2. Purpose and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, “T&C”) govern access to and use of the website https://auping.es, which is purely informational. This website does not have an online shop; Auping products are sold exclusively at the Company’s physical stores.
Accessing the Website implies full acceptance of these T&C, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If the User disagrees, they must refrain from using the Website.
3. Website Content
The Website provides information about Auping brand products (sleep systems, mattresses, bases, pillows and accessories), as well as information about the physical stores where they can be purchased.
Published content — including product descriptions, images, technical specifications and indicative prices — is exclusively informational and does not constitute a binding offer for sale. Final characteristics, availability and prices will be determined at the time of purchase in store.
4. Contact Forms and Information Requests
The Website provides contact forms through which the User can request information about products, availability, prices or any other enquiry. Submitting these forms implies acceptance of the Company’s Privacy Policy.
The Company undertakes to respond to information requests within a maximum of 2 business days. Responses provided through these channels are indicative and do not constitute order confirmation or a commitment to sell.
5. Physical Stores
Auping products are sold at the following locations:

The terms of sale, warranties and returns policy applicable to purchases made in physical stores will be communicated to the Customer at the time of purchase and are governed by Spanish consumer protection legislation.
6. Legal Product Warranty
Auping products purchased at the Company’s physical stores are subject to the legal conformity warranty set out in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU): 3 years for movable goods from the date of delivery, in addition to any commercial warranties offered by the manufacturer.
For any issue relating to the warranty of a purchased product, the Customer must contact the store where the purchase was made or reach us at rafa@ijs.io or on 938 25 25 08.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website is the property of IJS SLAPE, S.L. or its licensors (including Royal Auping B.V., owner of the Auping brand), and is protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation. Reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
8. Liability
The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the Website, from the inaccuracy of indicative information published on it, or from its temporary unavailability. Information about products, prices and availability on the Website may not always reflect the current stock status or the commercial conditions in store.
9. Complaints
For any complaint relating to the Company’s services or products, the User may contact rafa@ijs.io or visit any of our physical stores. The Company undertakes to respond within a maximum of 15 business days.
If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, the User may refer the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Boards or to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Severability
If any clause of these T&C is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. If the User is a consumer, applicable consumer protection regulations and the legally designated forum shall apply.
12. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the Website.
